Danny Lanz joined Spira as CEO in 2024.  Danny brings over two decades of progressive leadership experience including numerous CEO/COO positions in high-tech manufacturing and service businesses.  He holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering and an MBA.  Danny believes the greatest asset of any company is its people, and he is dedicated to leadership through mentorship and teamwork.

Myrian Gennaro works as the Accounting & HR Manager and started working in the industry in 2000.
